CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Vyaamo believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and return policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our manufacturing units and they have initiated the production or shipping process.
For bulk orders placed by hotels and commercial establishments, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as these orders go into immediate production.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items (such as torn fabrics, manufacturing defects, or incorrect sizes), please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. Our quality control team will verify the issue and determine the appropriate action.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations in terms of color, texture, or quality, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will evaluate your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty (such as mattresses), please refer the warranty-related issues directly to the respective manufacturers.
In case of any refunds approved by Vyaamo, it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
For customized orders with specific dimensions or designs, cancellation requests cannot be entertained once production has begun.
For bulk commercial orders, inspection of goods must be done at the time of delivery, and any quality issues must be reported immediately to our customer service team.
